Jean Galton has worked in the food business for over 25 years, food styling and creating recipes for cookbooks, packaging, advertising, commercials, videos, blogs and magazines. Jean has written or co-written five cookbooks, as well as contributing to numerous other cookbooks. In addition, she has developed recipes for many commercial clients such as Whole Foods Markets, JBS, Target, Nestle's, Carnation Milk, Darigold, California Table Grapes,  and Trident Seafoods.
